About Richard Carrington

Richard Carrington

Richard Carrington AssocRICS, MRPSA, ACABE

I am an Associate member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a member of the RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association), an Associate member of CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers) and a RICS Registered Valuer.

I have 30 years’ experience in the property industry, making me well placed to assist and advise property purchasers. I have developed a deep knowledge of the local area, building techniques, architecture, and soil types and conditions to enable effective diagnosis, accurate reports and recommendations.

My focus is very much on quality over quantity, with one survey a day enabling more thorough findings and fewer surprises. I avoid the use of technical jargon, and my findings are explained simply to enable buyers to make informed choices.

My remit includes ‘Red Book’ valuation work for tax assessments, legal proceedings, divorce, property disputes, company accounting, etc., to determine precise property values.
